If your clothes weigh more then 7 kilos ( 15 lbs) and can’t be folded up into a 35 cm x 56 cm thing of luggage you’re carrying way too much. Clothes do not weigh a lot and it will take a lot of clothes to make that weight. Check in your cheaper stuff that easy to replace like petticoat, blouses, socks, bloomers and wigs into your check on. But carry your dresses, and maybe look into having items that can work with eachother so you only need one like a purse that universal. I usually travel with a pair of shoes that match all my coords nicely, a blouse that matches them all, three dresses, some jewelry and a universal purse in my check on. The rest can all go into my check on since it’s easy to replace. If I need to I’ll wash them at the hotel or use the drycleaners to clean them for me. Not really. Sure it looks like it on social media, but if you wear the fashion like a fashion rather than an elaborate costume for events, packing is extremely easy. I managed to pack 7 dresses, 5 cutsews, bloomers, socks, accessories and a petticoat in one luggage, not including the sleepwear and toiletries which also fit fine in the same luggage, which was more than enough coords for a 3 week trip. I didn't even wear some of the things I brought with me.
If you (a general you) only wear OTT then that's your prerogative but it's entirely possible to wear and pack enough garments for wearable coords for a long vacation without bringing one's entire wardrobe along.

Yeah, I tend to wear fairly simple/no fuss coords with a lot of common elements (same shoes/bag that type of thing) and I've never had trouble packing. I also always wear Lolita to wherever I'm going if I can to avoid packing the petti, and I tend to pack more OPs so I have less blouses to worry about. It's a bit of decency to not laugh directly at people about them having actual mental health issues, and if you known a person is getting literal panic attacks from something it's not hard to save that dress for another meet where she doesn't attend.
