You need the right petti for it, it actually needs to be short but quite poofy. I use one from the now defunct ebay shop victoraingirldress, but I wonder if you can't get an XXL chiffon/organza tutu meant for girls in ballet (that's what my petti is meant for desu). Its main issue is that it's quite short, I'm 160cm and it comes up above the knee for me, so be careful anon.

Well I don't think there is any reason /not/ to go after it the second you want it and know where to search for it. Personally, I started to put money aside for high priority or very expensive dream dresses the moment I grew familiar with second hand websites. Going rate for bitter seems to be in the 550 - 600 range, mocha 500, brown in the 450 range and pink in the low 400s.

I have very broad shoulders and think the way the jacket looks would fit very well on me, and i enjoy the little side things on the arm and skirt, and the pleather lining on then gives it a little more diminsion in my opinion. Nayrt, but I think it would be fair if everyone was limited to one or two dream dresses per post. Not because I care if someone has more than one dream dress, but when people post too many dresses, it's very hard to keep an eye out for each one, so I end up not looking for the dresses from collage posts. It's easier to keep specific individual dresses in mind like the MM gals or those oldschool meta pieces. I forget the collages almost instantly.

Honestly posting a collage of more than 2-3 dresses just looks like you're trying to get dibs on your entire wishlist, especially when it's a bunch of rarer/sought-after stuff, like the endless Moitie collages we've been seeing since its revival. I've been posting for a while and when I check my round of secondhand places daily I always link whenever I see people's stuff so I thought I was a good thread member. My items are what I saw on Lolibrary when I got in to the fashion 4 years ago (I'm relatively new, I know) and really wanted, but most of them don't pop up ever. There's so much to see when you first join the fashion and so many beautiful things but these were the ones I kept looking at on Lolibrary over and over and over, imagining them being in my wardrobe and wearing them. I felt hesitant to make a collage DD list in the first place, but felt emboldened by other collage-chans. I'll stop posting it though, I'm really, really sorry if I discouraged anyone or seemed needy. That wasn't my intention at all.

I'll still be posting links to people's dreams when I see them though! This is the most wholesome thread on the board and I'll always love it.

BST isn't the most successful thread for buying in my opinion unless you're asking for a more vague concept like a black headbow or something. This thread felt like a little community where we helped each other out, BST is just people passing through when convenient. Most of what I want is printless classic anyways that doesn't even pop up on Japanese secondhand sites, if a gull had these things and wanted to sell them in the year I've been posting this I think they would have mentioned it by now.
