Ignoring the "horns" because honestly they're better in theory than in execution, here is a little crit that could make this coord better: makeup. The red lipstick, red eye make, and framing of the wig is doing nothing for you. It's making you look pudgy; instead, i would opt for something elegant and dark, with some contouring to give it that "demon" look. I would do a lip stain over a solid lip. As far as the coord goes, you need a better petticoat to improve your silhouette, it just looks a bit dump now. and that ribbon in the center is eyeglaringly too red for the blouse and the print. Go for a wine or black instead.

Jokes aside, I'm pretty certain she tried to "improve" the lighting in Photoshop or an app, causing a way to high contrast on the shadows on her knee. There is a contrast line around the flower in her hair as well, the exposure of the sun seems to be way to extreme compared to how sharp the rest is, and the background blurs out very unnatural. Undoubtedly, the knees and the orange colour are caused by really bad Photoshop.

As someone who's from a long line of thyroid problems, depression, diabetes, cancer, reproductive issues, and fibromyalgia this is absolutely garbage theory used to redirect blame. A large majority of my family is very inclined towards being overweight but there still is a significant difference between the family members who really pay attention to what they eat and those who don't. Personally, it's extremely difficult for me to lose any kind of weight because of my medications and joint pain but goddammit, I've lost 20 pounds from changing my diet and good eating habits alone. Sure, being sick or taking medication can make it harder to stay at a healthy weight but it doesn't automatically make you obese.
