You can most certainly hold a job down with BPD, BP1/BP2, major depressive disorder, etc. Sure it is not easy in any regard, but it is possible. There are therapies specifically created for BPD and BP1/2...CBT, DBT, EMDR, and others. I think CBT and DBT specifically treat BPD. Marsha Linehan who was diagnosed with schizophrenia and later suspected BPD actually created DBT specifically to treat BPD.

Yes they are extremely severe mental illnesses and can be/are crippling and yes they can be overcome. Not by everyone, but certainly not every single person with these illnesses are unable to hold down jobs.

So what do you guys do for a living? I'm not a sex worker and I've probably studied more than anybody in this thread but still don't have that much money to spend on frilly dresses. So I'm intrigued.
