Please show me these "thousands of people" who regret having SRS. Because you read a couple of detransitioners testimonies on TERF blogs doesn't mean a majority of trans people regret having SRS. If that was the case psychiatrists and surgeons wouldn't risk their career over it. All MTF I've met were actually very happy with SRS and had a healthy sex life. Now most FTM don't get SRS because it's obviously not as functional but the few I've met were all satisfied with it because as awful as you think it is most of them still prefer that over having a vagina. You seem to conveniently leave out the fact that people are most likely to express themselves over their negative experiences, that's basic human psychology. Reality is that the majority of well-adjusted trans people are too busy living their lives, blending in with the crowd, to spend their time talking about it on the internet. Add to that the fact most of them don't want to out themselves once they pass. You should try to go outside from time to time instead of basing your entire worldview on fearmongering websites, basement dweller.
