What are some activities you usually do when you hang out in lolita? Do you share many tastes with your friends other than the love for this fashion?
I started wearing lolita very recently and have found out with time that I don’t seem to share many tastes with the girls I like to hang out with... so it got me wondering whether theres a pattern or a set of common tastes shared among lolitas that I am missing completely...
For instance, I’m not into Disney, Harry Potter, Alice in Wonderland, etc...

I work until very late M-F at a job that requires a toned-down outfit, so whenever I wear lolita I try to get creative, it makes me feel free, and those moments are so rare now that they have become very special to me. What drew you to lolita? Lolita can look kind of like it's from a fairytale/fantasy world/fictional history, so there are a lot of lolitas who loved those things first, and got interested in lolita because of that.

Seriously, why wouldn't you clean your dress if you know it came in direct contact with your body? How do people miss the smell?

That is the polite thing to do. Often people are noseblind to their own stink especially people with pets. Or sometimes you get a dress secondhand and never wear it so it never gets cleaned

Do you guys think a comic book style print could ever work in Lolita? I am oddly intrigued by the idea - like if Meta did it with over saturated unusual colours. similar to fancy candy or as busy as the hawaiin lolita easter print.
