This thread is so cute, I've enjoyed all of your adorable egg photos and stories!

I don't have any of my own, but last week I read in the paper about a woman who has been holding onto a sugar egg (royal icing? Old british christian thing) for 60 years, her sister made it for her and it has a tiny scene painted inside. (pic not the same egg, but similar idea)
I think that's very cute. I really like the idea of doing this sort of thing when I'm an old lady.
