The first time I cut a wig, the only mistake I made was cutting it too short on the wighead. But that's a really easy mistake to compensate for, and if I had researched better/someone had told me, I probably wouldn't have fucked up. Wig cutting isn't as difficult as people make it out to be. Just go at it slowly. For a newbie, it should take at max 5 hours.
