So, with the image I am uploading, I am trying to figure out what you call that type of coat, pants, and shoes.

I'm considering going to Anime Oasis this year, and I was wanting a reletively simply Cosplay, so I was planning to go as Kenzo Tenma from Monster. The issue is I have no Idea what you call specific types of clothing. So does anyone know what you would call the coat, pants, and shoes in this image so I know what to look for?
