I decided to throw together a last-minute Tingle for AX this year. I have an open-faced zentai suit and a piece of foam core that I shaped into a cone, but the suit is too tight to just stick it underneath. I have access to extra green stretch fabric I can use but I'm not sure what the best way to go about it would be. I'd rather avoid making a totally seperate head piece if possible.

Throwing together a Tingle cosplay since I decided to attend AX at the last minute but my work schedule is packed.

I have a green zentai with an open-faced cowl, and a conical piece of green foam core, but the suit is too tight to just place it on my head. The fabric store near my house sells the same color of stretch fabric so I can add more if I need to. Should I try to sew it onto the top, or would there be a better way? Also, any advice on attaching the ears in a way that'll prevent them from flopping around is appreciated.

Side question, what's a good way to prevent or lessen pit stains, keeping in mind that I'll probably be moving/raising my arms a lot.
