I'm helping a friend with a Zero-Zero-Two costume, and she's having trouble affixing the horns to the headband. She made them from cardboard and wants to set them into the 4mm thick cheap plastic headband, but I'm pretty sure that's asking for the plastic to break; hot glue has been tried without success, and we're at the point of considering masking tape or electrical tape, but I'm not optimistic about that holding up. She's got some acrylic paint and aluminum tape to cover it up, so it shouldn't need to look great so long as it's smoothish.
