>be skinny as hell but have horrible muscle tone on stomach and arms.
>Making costume that shows my belly, going to try to be as confident as I can despite having some issues with my appearance.
>Arms also have acne scars on them despite trying to clear them up for the past month.
I've been trying to tone up but I have been getting some really big ovarian cysts lately. When they act up all I really want to do is lay on the couch with a heating pad.
I also have never realized how hard it is to really break terrible eating habits. My family lives out in the country so we have basically lived off of comfort food for as long as I can remember. I could get better at portion control I suppose.
