I really love it! I usually don't like series with too many characters because it's hard for me to enjoy it without caring for the characters, but I didn't feel like that at all with World Trigger. I started with the anime and once I caught up, read the manga. I think you should start with the anime - it's a fair adaptation in my opinion and you get to see more of Replica (one of my favourite characters), but it's very, very exposition-heavy. Also, I think if you started with the manga you might get bored with the anime because of all the exposition, but for me reading the manga after watching is still enjoyable.
