>It has been brought to our attention through Facebook, Twitter and various other means that certain people are offering paid for Photo shoots at MCM Expo Events and other paid for services illegally.

>Charging for any type of service without being a registered dealer or exhibitor with us is not allowed!

>Information on the people already highlighted has been sent to Excel Security and Event Security.

>Charging for an unofficial service that has not been agreed in writing by MCM Expo either inside the building or on the Excel estate over the Weekend of MCM Expo from Friday until Monday inclusive is not allowed.

>We are more than happy for people to organise FREE photoshoots for their groups and of course for memories but at no point will we allow these to be charged for.

>If you wish to book a dealer stand so that you can charge for a service then email dealers@mcmexpo.net

>Please also remember that to be onsite you need to be in receipt of a valid wristband for the day or days you are there, this is the same anywhere inside the building or on the outside contracted areas of the venue, wristbands are and will be checked by venue and event security.

>We are sorry that we have had to send out this email but we need to highlight the few who try to ruin a great weekend for the masses.
