Does anyone know where I could find school cardigans for a larger bust? I've got 47" I'm working with, but unfortunately none of the cardigans or sweater vests I'm finding go beyond maybe 100cm.

Or could I just look for regular cardigans. I'm not sure what the difference is between the Japanese school ones and one I can just pick up from the store. Pic related as just an example.
