I've seen a few Cosplay attempts at pic related, but I'm not sure if the cosplayers made their snake parts movable, or if they just stayed still, and the body was basically only good for photoshoots.

I would be interested in making a movable body, so I don't have to drag it around, and can walk relatively normall, but I want it to look somewhat convincing. How do I go about this?
