I have these and the kitty ones but I saw my friend's gf wearing them and she has those super skinny "thinspo" kind of legs if maybe a few lbs shy of thigh gapping.

I can never wear them again I'm so self conscious now of my super thick latina thighs. Even when my legs do thigh gap (I've put on some weight so they don't right now) my thighs are still super thick. I get down to a 22" waist and still have 37" hips. :/

Anyway, I'm 25 and I wear overly cutesy attire, pigtails and bows in hair included. I wore this to meet my crush and I had pigtails in ringlets but it was still an attempt at "toning down"
