They give out wristbands for however many the room fits. So

Hut, Lodge: 4
Desert, Nomad, Hospitality: 4-6
King Whirlpool: 2-3
Two Room Family, African Queen, Presidential: 6-8
Combination: 8
Village: 12
Villa: 18-22
Villa Duplex: 36-44

As far as I know, the Villa and Duplex are less likely to be rented because they're holy hell expensive and not part of the con discount.
