I love Imai Kira's, personally, I have all of them including the new one and they're lovely, and Mitsukazu Mihara has some art books as well, if you like her style. You can find them for relatively cheap on auctions.
There's also a book called Gothic Lolita Punk that's basically a collection of different artists and some articles, some are more lolita-friendly than others but it's nice if you want to discover new artists whose style may appeal to your lolita tastes.
