I literally pulled this photo from hipster.co, these are the shoes she's wearing. The lighting in this photo makes it look like they match, but in person they're not anywhere close to the color of that dress (I saw them for sale at Ross, that's the only reason why I know). Also those god-forsaken glasses and the fluffy bow/star pins all collectively grind my gears so hard I want to scream, but since using the word "atrocious" is purely a matter of opinion, then yes I know what it means and I used it in the right context based on how her outfit makes me feel.
