I'm stuck on what I should do here. I'm wanting to do a Zinnia cosplay and frankly, I'm pretty much built like her exactly except for my tits, which are a measly 34A, 34B on a good day.

Considering how boobless I am and how booby Zinnia is, plus the low back/helterneck element to the top, I'm not sure if it's worth me buying stick on bras and chicken fillets to fake it or if I should sew fake boobs and padding straight into the shirt, especially as I'm lazy af. I'm intending to make the shirt out of something strechy and opaque then use iron on paper for the front details, I'm just not sure what will work out better for pretending I actually have boobs for a couple hours, and how sown in padding will react to being washed.
