About half of critique often revolves around makeup application, so when you have more makeup, posting a makeup test would be helpful.
Symbol could be brighter.
Shorten the hem of your skirt. In panels where she's in expanded sprite form (like one of the panels from her introduction), you can see her socks and the pattern on them.
If you end up redoing the shirt entirely, work in the divot that's at the centre bottom (some people interpret this to be a button-down shirt, which I'm not averse to).
Find or paint shoes that aren't Converses to match her sprite.
With the simple, basic designs, assembling a good cosplay comes down to getting details as accurate as you can.
