I don't think they're screwed at 90cm+, they just have to be careful. I agree that they'll be fine if they get back down to that smaller bust size, but for the time being it's best to play it safe. I also don't want anon to waste their money on things that might not fit, especially ETC because it's really dropping in value.

LG is nice and I like that it's a mix of fresh designs and re-takes on her old ETC stuff.
pic related is Bambi Brooch by LG compared with Favorite Print by ETC. The two are obviously similar, but different enough to be appealing.
