I'm looking for something kinda recognizable and not too difficult for Halloween. My main ideas are either the Riddler (but I don't think I'm tall enough) or the Penguin (I'm not pudgy enough), mostly comic, cartoon, or television characters, with maybe some video game choices? I don't really watch much anime anymore.
