Honestly, I say ditch the wig. Natural hair looks better, especially since the dress is already pastel and has a lot going on. If your natural hair isn't suited to lolita, then I'd say pick one in your natural colour with this same kind of style.

I like the idea of using pink as an accent colour, and keeping the pearl motif throughout. You could also do a white blouse with this, but make sure the fabric is chiffon or something airy. The last thing you'd want to do is wear a cotton blouse and just weigh down the whole look. I'd say look for delicate pearl jewelry, as well as try not to use too much plastic or resin, even though AP has a whole bunch of seashell things, and only use it as an accent. I think sticking to smaller pearls and gems will look a lot more polished. I'd also recommend some tights with lighter colours just to keep the focus on the dress, as socks might look too heavy.
