Is there any reasonable way to make custom stripe patterns? Ideally on a knit fabric. I would be willing to get it custom printed if I need to but I would prefer to make it.
For such small stripes will this be a nightmare?

Whats the best way to make stripes like this on a shirt? I was thinking paint, bias tape or like matte ribbon? I feel like the second ones would be too stiff and the paint might crack.

How would I achieve this scruffy but controlled look on a wig? I know next to nothing about hair shit.

Does Kawakami have any other outfits besides this and her maid outfit? I really don't like how I look in denim skirts but if that's all I can do then I'll deal with it.

I want to cosplay BEST GIRL but not sure how to be accurate with her shirt. It's pretty much a closet cosplay so I need it to be perfect.
