Appearance is an important part of being an idol, and for the most part everyone here stays away from criticizing stuff you can't easily fix. Makeup and styling, though, is always something that can be improved on because that's more of a talent than an inherent personal trait. Jenny has the potential to be really pretty, but she desperately needs bangs, and when doing her makeup, should make her eyes look more open and do something to her brows so they're visible. So I agree with the anon you're responding to. She's not ugly, but her style needs work.
