You sound very biased, the brands I buy from sell more UTKs and OTKs, also never heard of the cosplay association but if that's true I still wouldn't care, I only like OTKs if they're high enough or if the main-piece is long enough to make them look like tights, otherwise it reminds people of anime porn and to lolitas it just accentuates that your dress is too short.
