Hey, style changing anon here! Sorry I was away. I'll probably be in and out but I appreciate the responses! I appreciate any pictures of easier to wear stuff that gets posted. I'll try to post some if I find any too. And I'm sorry if I write and it doesn't make sense, I sometimes have trouble communicating ideas.

Empire waists are hit and miss on me. I'm small busted but I don't always like the way they look. I think all the layers of Lolita is what makes it so uncomfortable for me to wear. It's a lot of weight and compression. I wear my things slightly big to try and help, which I know is a pet peeve for some people but I think a little looseness can be cute and it's better for me.

It's terrible when you want to dress up but can't. I hope we can both find some ways to wear jfash daily and casually. I'm also in the process of trying to decide what's really "me" as well, I like almost everything so it's hard for me to tell what's "me," if that makes sense.

One thing I'm scared of, besides not being able to go through with wearing skirts and dresses regularly, is that I'll spend a lot of money on something and find it doesn't work for me. I'm hoping to change my wardrobe as savings-friendly as possible, and splurge on one or two big, special items. But I don't want to do that until after I know I can wear stuff more often, and a bit like >>8372847 I'm not terrible at coordinating, but I'm not quite sure where to start with my new wardrobe.
