I deal with so much embarrassment when it comes to my mental illness. I feel like two completely people when I view my thoughts and actions when I'm breaking down versus when I'm calm. Personally, this fashion helps me with the embarrassment as it's a way for my to embrace it. I want to say that it helps me celebrate it, but I'm not quite sure that's the proper word. I guess something about this just helps me feel okay about that aspect of myself for once.
