On the topic of horns i have some super light weight tavros horns and i use to have them hot glued to a head band.
On the headband the plus was my horns were always erect but the down being you could see the head band in plain sight.
Recently i went to a con and hot glued two screws onto and headband and stuck it under the wig. (harder than usual trolls imo because the screw placement for tavros, but i managed to get them pretty lined up) after that i would just simply screw the horns onto the screws. Down side the horns get droopy every now and then and knock off pretty easy? pro the head band doesn't show.
How can i rig it so that the head band doesn't show and my horns dont have erectile dysfunction? I was thinking maybe two screws on each side but getting two screws alone through the wig is already hard enough as is. I also thought of using longer screws but again getting that under the wig in gonna be hard work. Ill take any suggestions i can get thanks.

(Also i hate the "invisible string" string trick where you tie them together please dont suggest that)
