I know your pain anon. Adding on:

>Ordered copy of Dangan ronpa 2 LE for the Vita
>Tracked shipping with USPS
>Checks every single day even though it's signed shipping because paranoid (it is Dangan ronpa)
>Waits two weeks or so
>Package doesn't come
>Checks tracking online and it says "Delivered"
>Calls the post office
>Tells me to go down personally
>Talk to the manager
>Nobody knows what happened to my package
>Nobody knows who delivered it

Thank god I called the game company and they told me they could sent it again signed express shipping.
