/cgl/ - Cosplay & EGL

I recently got this dress from a friend and I'm at a bit of a loss with it. I don't normally wear blue (I'm a red/black goth kind of person), so I'm kind of working from scratch. It's also missing the belt, which is minor. I thought it might make a nice undedress but it doesn't really match well with anything I own. It's so pretty, I'd like to wear it, but I just don't know what to do with it. Any ideas?
