your hair is actually a really nice shade of brown! that's not what comes to mind when i think of mousey. some highlights might make you feel girlier, but idk, your personal style seems too low maintenance to maintain a look like that.

if you don't like short hair on yourself, it would probably be best to grow out your hair and just wear light makeup! until then putting some styling cream in your hair would help you look a little more girly.

honestly i don't see anything masculine about your features. i would still suggest just highlighting your nice complexion and playing up your eyes. you do have straight eyebrows, but they are feminine eyebrows like natalie portman.
