Do you guys have a car because Carnitas El Momo is worth it if you decide to order Family Style by the pound (lb). Also, instead of lining up to order, people recommend calling the restaurant ahead of time to order your food. Mark Wiens and Munchies featured Carnitas El Momo in their videos by the way.

Since they opened a permanent location in Monterey Park, I do not know if they will send their food truck to Anime Expo. However, they have stands in Downtown Los Angeles.
