As a general rule, don't try to do a 1:1 imitation of a character. Keep it more representative, or if you want an easy conversation piece, you can make an ita bag (keep these out of more formal spaces, but for casual meetups and conventions, they're fine)

Not familiar with the character, but based on the image alone, I'd say look into BTSSB and Metamorphose. Metamorphose tends to release a lot of capelets to go with certain prints.

Keep it more representational, like picrel. You've got several different elements to pull from here: the bows, the bells, the bear

Have you all ever seen GOOD lolita character coords? What is your opinion on character inspired coords?
How can people do them well...?
