I posted a couple threads back and got no answer, so I'll try again. I'm planning to cosplay Plague Knight for an upcoming convention and I've been working on drafting his mask. I've been using craft foam to draft it and I was thinking of using craft foam for the finished product, but I'm not sure if there's a better material to use. I'm also considering leather, but I'm not sure if that would look right.
