Unfortunately, I can't speak beyond what I've seen, but take it from a (fellow?) crossplayer: When I first got into it, I could never get more than a quick compliment or a 2 minute chat. Made me wonder if it was me or them. Now it's to the point that they'll talk with me extensively, ask me to hang out, offer their phone number, buy me stuff, etc. And this is while still wearing the exact same outfits, so the answer is clear: it was me. Operating on the mindset of "Do not go to them, let them come to you" can do wonders
