My comm does not really have drama; we have a a few younger girls who are still at school/Uni and many older Lolitas in their twenties with full time jobs and decent money to spend on burando.

At the last meet up there was a girl who wore Crystal Dream Carnival with all the matching accessories and stuff. When someone complimented it, she giggled and prouldy said how much she wanted to have this set, but didn't have any money to buy it; so she convinced her father to buy the whole set (plus shipping and taxes) as a gift for her.
You can imagine in a comm with 80% full time working Lolitas this was not the best thing to be proud of (especially because she was in her mid-twenties herself)... I admit my friends and me judged her, and we were not the only ones.
