And yes, I am in full agreement, just amused by this and assume that's the purpose of the quotation marks. Yes, the external is a reflection of the internal (more often than not). Having a job where I only interact with people for a few seconds has given me an extra sense on how to predict the immediate future, you might say. It's almost always right, and one of the ways to predict their behavior is appearance. As already stated in the con horror stories thread, I made the mistake of telling myself someone was no threat when they clearly were. It was the last time I ever did that.
