There are plenty of cutsews that look exactly like blouses but are much comfier to wear, I actually prefer them to blouses most of the time; or you can wear a cute cardigan or bolero on top of your JSKs instead, which can tone down your coord further. I'd just look in secondhand sites if I were you, there are many cute tops for sale if you're patient and know where to look.
