Can someone help me because I'm apparently severely retarded when it comes to making shapes.
How the fuck do I make those pointed sticking out sections on his arms? I'm using eva foam and worbla, but can't seem to figure out what flat shape to start with, or how large/deep the notches should be to have it not be a mess.

Can someone throw a good tutorial at me or mspaint it or something?

I haven't actually cut the suit yet, but heres what the cosplay is of.

Can someone also advise me on armor? I'm trying to make it a super shiny (almost mirror finish if possible) gold.
Would I be best off making it out of just eva foam, or eva foam covered in wonderflex?

Can paint even work for that, or am I going to have to use that mirror vinyl stuff they put on cars? Would the vinyl get all trashed and wrinkled from the armor flexing when I put it on? I'm new to armor so I want to make sure I do this right. I'm comfortable working with eva foam and the wonderflex or whatever, but have never tried to make anything reflective before.

Can we get a pepakura general thread?

I'm looking for something that can be modified to make picture related. Anyone know of anything?

For someone who hasn't made proper armor before, am I being too ambitious by attempting this?
