I think you need to make some local irl friends. join a group/club. if you don't push your comfort zones you won't develop. 4chan is only going to make you worse if you are emotionally unwell.

Looks aren't everything. I promise you, if a working class Steve Buscemi-look-a-like walked into my job right now, told me a joke, made me laugh and asked me to tea I'd be out of here. Why? I'd be thinking about how much fun and how many more smiles this guy could bring me, and how much I might enjoy his company. The tea date would be an opportunity to see if he matched what I want.

physical attraction only goes so far. When you truly love someone they are irreplaceable and no one will never look as good as them.
If you want love you have to know that you are worthy of love. work on whatever internal things that might become obstacles in bonding deeply with another. Don't take shallow advice that instructs you to only work on dumb skin deep or financial things. whatever serious issues you hold onto will most certainly screw up any romantic relationship. Trust me.
