I think you'll be fine makeup contouring is like magic and wigs frame your face anyway if you're worried.
on the subject of your HRT, your face should round out between your jaw and cheekbones most likely but there's no reason to wait till then, this is all a confidence game the more confident you are (and I know how difficult it can be too) the easier it is to pull off the lolita look.
