I'd say just talk to the range owners and try to set up a private time, if that's possible. Worst case, find a person who owns land and go their privacy rather than a public place.

I think strange looks are to be expected anywhere you go in public, honestly, but I would not think it to be particularly bad at a gun range in my area. Old people honestly tend to be more receptive of lolita in my area and the great many gun owners I know who are my age tend to just mind their own business.

honestly it started getting trendy ever since those pictures of Misako and Midori at the shooting range. at least that's when a few girls in my comm started picking up guns and acting like they were interested in them all along and wanting to do kawaii shooting meetups.
