that's how I felt at ACen. I was dressed as Robin from One Piece on Thursday and Friday, and had a great time with some new friends, talked about OP and stuff together, drank a lot, it was great. Next day, I was with my friend as Kanaya, and she was Rose (I really did this for her sake, I sort of liked homestuck back in '11 but then it sort of began to rub me the wrong way, with the fans and all being tards) so as we're walking around, i run into those OP bros again, and they sort of looked at me like I was the devil's spawn.

Only after I side-eyed the fuck out of them and told them I really wasnt all into homestuck it was more for my friend, did they finally treat me normal again.

I sort of noticed that throughout the entire time I was dressed as her. I got weird looks from people, and lots of "tch"'s here and there.
There is no hope for that fanbase anymore, its literally the trash of the convention scene, from how I was glared at. And I didnt really speak much, just sort of smiled for pictures, and felt uncomfortable the entirety of that evening.

Never was so happy to get out of a costume in my entire life.
