Yeah, i know what you mean by high end stores, and usually they’re not inherently gothic, like, i would have to compensate with makeup. Yeah i mean romantic vampire fashion, but more toned down. A nice long gothic black dress with a couple ruffles and lace is surprisingly hard to find. I will buy a perticoat that isnt from aliexpress haha

I cant find any western brands that have what i want. There are no brands that aren’t cheap knockoffs of j fash and just glue lace and ribbons willy nilly or put stupid random rips in it, or a corset outside the dress like a ren fair hooker look.

i’ve just looked at more AP stuff and the like, and i admit i’m kind of getting into it. I always thought j fash was more aesthetic than when gothic was popular in the west, anyway. I’ve also been thrifting more and possibly may find some good stuff!
