I've posted this one a few times, but I'm still trying to work it out.

Any suggestions for a pleated skirt that will have embroidery? I'm planning on embroider on the flower details with faux silk (probably) and then pleating it, so it should be able to hold up well with embroider and pleats (I'll be using starch) but nothing too stiff to make the pleats look weird would be ideal.

Reposting. I'm not sure what type of skirt I should make for this particular Jolyne cosplay. It looks pleated, but I was worried that it might look weird if I also embroider the flowers. Also, I really don't know what type of skirt would best fit Jolyne's style.

Also, fabric suggestions would be lovely!

That sounds painful to remove. If you don't have spirit gum, I've found that eyelash adhesive works.
