Wow it's almost like if a brand produces items in a certain style it can absolutely never-ever-ever produce things in other styles. Sure.
The only sweet things about >>9952940 are the headbow and the fact that it's worn by a cute round-faced girly girl. Shoes, socks, makeup and hair have no hints of sweet, the bracelets are just kinda random and don't fit here IMO and it looks like she's wearing chunky metal rings on her left hand which are so typical of sweet, right.

DESU I was a bit on the fence about this one myself, but after some deliberation I decided that for me personally there aren't enough sweet elements. The headbow is more flat and droopy while sweet bows are usually bigger, more vertical and stick up and out more. The hairdo is definitely on the sweet side, but honestly I don't know shit about styling long hair, so I can't say what could've made it read more gothic apart from leaving it as is or the ol' updo.
The socks are overpowered by the shoes which are not sweet however you look at them. Also I feel like bare wrists are the least of all common in sweet. Overall I'd call this coord toned-down almost casual gothic.
