Hey gulls, I couldn't find a definitive answer online about shipping times to Canada. I'm curious as to why ePacket shipping costs $10 more than Standard Delivery for apparently the same delivery time. Does epacket just give a better chance that the item will arrive in 16 days, or is it essentially the wait wait as standard? I'm hoping to get this in time for Halloween, but it's not a huge issue if it arrives after.
